




Job Summary: A Receptionist is responsible for providing customer service at the front desk and over the phone, while also supporting and organizing administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Providing customer service in person and via telephone 2. Assisting with organizing and managing the executive team's schedule 3. Organizing and distributing correspondence and documents Prerequisites: * Age 16 to 24 * Customer-oriented profile with strong organizational skills * High school diploma or currently enrolled in or having completed a related undergraduate program (e.g., Administration, Accounting, etc.) A Receptionist is the professional responsible for providing customer service at the front desk and over the phone. Key responsibilities of a Receptionist include: working at the front desk; answering and screening incoming calls; taking messages; receiving visitors; directing calls; sending and tracking correspondence; supporting executives with calls and research; assisting in organizing, managing, and scheduling the executive team's appointments and calls; filing documents; clarifying inquiries; responding to general questions about the company or referring such questions to qualified staff members; sending and receiving correspondence or products; processing incoming mail (packages, telegrams, faxes, and messages); organizing and distributing items to recipients; archiving documents; scheduling meetings; managing keys; and recording information. * Workload: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
