Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for collecting and analyzing samples, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and documenting results. Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect samples of products, raw materials, and packaging, and perform analyses according to established procedures; * Clean and verify instruments used in analyses; * Promote and ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety monitoring; * Document sample intake and release from the laboratory, as well as shelf life information; * Perform product analyses and record results accordingly; * Prepare reports demonstrating compliance with specifications and procedures, as well as preventive and corrective action plans; * Organize and update area documentation and shelf-life records according to established procedures; * Issue non-conformance reports for products, raw materials, packaging, and processes; * Conduct peer and factory operations training; * Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and regulations related to Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and occupational safety; * Perform water, effluent, environmental monitoring, food safety monitoring, and chemical control analyses; * Monitor pest control execution and third-party generated records; * Support or accompany visits within the factory environment; * Support production and quality leaders regarding material and product release in accordance with established standards; * Prepare for and participate in sensory analyses; * Respond to internal and external audits according to assigned responsibilities; * Record analysis results and maintain records per internal procedures; * Carry out support activities for implementing various quality control-related projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, or related fields. * Technical degree in Chemistry or Food Science. **Required** * Prior experience in this role; * Prior experience in an industrial setting; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentations. **Desirable** * Laboratory practice experience. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
