Job Summary: Professional responsible for posting accounting entries, reconciliations, preparing trial balances, and fulfilling ancillary tax obligations, with focus on diverse tax regimes. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting firm experience is a plus 2. Preparation of monthly trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE) 3. Experience with various tax regimes Main Responsibilities: Post accounting entries, perform account reconciliations and reconciliations. Organize and verify documents related to the company's accounts. Prepare monthly trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE). Fulfill ancillary tax obligations: SPED, ECF, EFD, DIRF, etc. Comply with tax regimes: Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Specific Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); Technical and Behavioral Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, focused attention, organizational sense, initiative, agility, commitment, interpersonal skills, and teamwork; Accounting firm experience is a plus; Desirable: Familiarity with the Domínio system.
