WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Description

Monitor and carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, control, and dispatch of materials to customers, aiming to ensure appropriate inventory levels and work quality in accordance with company standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and carry out material handling, defining the type of transportation for each cargo type; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Inspect and conduct inventory activities together with the team; * Establish staffing levels aligned with required operational movements; * Monitor employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that tasks outlined in the Work Guidance Document are being performed; * Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are complied with by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety briefings with the team; * Maintain contact with carriers and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather information from internal customers regarding material priorities to guide dispatch scheduling and the teams under supervision; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines; * Guide/train the team in performing their duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management. **Additional information** We offer a competitive benefits package aligned with market standards, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation allowance (transportation voucher or shuttle service); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Development and well-being programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), contingent upon achievement of established goals. **Important:** * Benefits granted in accordance with contract and/or collective agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
