Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist HR Analyst to handle all Human Resources Department processes, with a focus on management, compliance, and results. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment that values interpersonal relationships and communication We seek an HR Analyst with a generalist profile, proficient in all Human Resources Department processes, including: Employee onboarding and documentation procedures required for MOBILIZATIONS to construction sites (general and specific); Employee terminations and offboarding processes; Payroll management; Time tracking and working hour control; Vacation: control and planning; Compliance with labor legislation; Control of taxes and labor-related charges; Management of corporate benefits. **IMPORTANT:** Create, supplement, or MONITOR calendars outlining departmental activities, obligations, and deadlines, such as: * Time clock management and control; * Payroll closing date; * FGTS contribution deadline; * Benefit payments; * And others. Required Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or Accounting Preferred: Postgraduate degree in related fields Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Sólides, TOTVS, Protheus, Dominio, HCM Intermediate Office Suite skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel Behavioral Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills, focus on internal customers, team management, ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, strong communication skills, transformative leadership.
