Job Summary: A professional to work in injectable production, ensuring quality, safety, and process efficiency through technical activities and strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We are seeking a professional to join our injectable production area, directly contributing to quality, safety, and process efficiency. This position involves essential technical activities—from equipment cleaning and preparation to performing tests, controls, and documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning of production rooms according to sanitizer rotation schedules, documenting all activities; * Connect, verify, and calibrate balances and other equipment; * Interpret production orders, verify batches, weigh, and identify raw materials and formulation components; * Prepare and use glassware, equipment, and solutions, performing homogenization and physicochemical tests (pH, density, solubility); * Operate laminar flow filtration pumps, perform integrity testing and filling; * Collect samples at various process stages for microbiological and physicochemical Quality Control; * Conduct sterility and bench-scale tests (pilot projects); * Prepare, assemble, and disassemble machines and accessories per the operations manual; * Monitor environmental conditions in the laboratory and maintain up-to-date records; * Support preventive and corrective equipment maintenance as needed; * Use computer systems and IT resources for documentation and controls; * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining a clean and organized environment; * Support other activities related to the daily routine of the injectables laboratory. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields is preferred); * Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety and quality standards. * Availability for night shifts #### **Additional Information** * On-site work in Ipatinga/MG; Here, you will be part of a team that values **collaboration**, **continuous learning**, and the pursuit of **exceptional results**.
