We are looking for a professional to provide technical and field support in planning and meeting work deadlines at one of the company's bases in Raul Soares - MG, acting as support to management and team coordination, with skills in management and quality control in the Infrastructure and Earthworks area. **Responsibilities** * Technically supervise maintenance and infrastructure services; * Identify deviations, needs, and opportunities for improvement; * Assist in providing technical guidance to supervisors, coordinators, and engineers; * Prepare technical assessments. **Requirements** * Reside in Raul Soares or neighboring municipalities; * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Proven experience in the role (preferably); * Knowledge in construction planning and monitoring is a plus; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and report preparation; * Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability; * Organized, proactive, and responsible; * Valid driver's license category B. **Benefits** * Salary negotiable; * Meal allowance.
