




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the development of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Use of planning tools such as Primavera P6 **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the development of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, scope, and the client's quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and update weekly the Document List (DL) and the project master schedule; * Issue weekly and monthly progress reports (including S-curves, physical and economic progress, risks, and pending items); * Participate in alignment meetings with the engineering team and other stakeholders; * Support schedule, resource, and deliverable management according to established Measurement Criteria; * Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and document approval workflows; * Identify and report schedule or cash flow deviations, proposing recovery plans when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project planning within the mining sector; * Experience with FEL (Front\-End Loading) methodology and scheduling for large-scale projects; * Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office suite. **DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to organize and monitor multiple disciplines and work fronts; * Knowledge of ABNT and DNIT standards, and quality procedures (ISO 9001\); * Experience with BIM-based projects will be considered an advantage.
