PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 22 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 2519\.88 **UNIT:** Rua Antonio Monteiro de Rezende, Rua da Cooperativa, Behind Posto Sao Rafael Limoeiro \| Caratinga MG **SUMMARY:** Delivers lectures on theoretical and practical knowledge related to the position’s specialty, aligned with the educational pillars defined by the institution, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training, education courses, or development activities. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
