Job Summary: Supervise and monitor operational activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, targets, and service quality, resolving issues and upholding standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operational problem resolution Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor the activities of the operations team (facility analyst, maintenance technician, and cleaning assistant), ensuring adherence to procedures, deadlines, and established goals. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Ensure service quality and satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Resolve operational problems by identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policy standards. * Manage shift scheduling and absenteeism control. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in supervising or leading operational teams.
