Join us!** **SSTL – Sub System Technical Leader (Connectivity)** ------------------------------------------------------ Location: Betim/MG (hybrid/on-site) Involvement in global projects (LATAM / international interface) ### **Position Description** Acting as an **SSTL (Sub System Technical Leader)** in the **Connectivity** area, responsible for the technical leadership of onboard systems, focusing on components such as **antennas, electronic modules, and vehicle connectivity architecture**. This professional will be responsible for ensuring integration between **hardware and software**, strategically interfacing between engineering, suppliers, and global teams, thereby guaranteeing timely delivery, quality, and system performance. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the development and integration of automotive connectivity (onboard) systems * Coordinate activities between internal engineering and international suppliers * Manage project milestones, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveries * Act as the technical interface between hardware and software (embedded systems integration) * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve technical issues * Prepare and present **global executive reports** * Manage automotive quality processes (APQP, PPAP) * Participate in technical validations and implementation of electronic components in new programs * Parameterize and calibrate systems for different LATAM applications and markets * Work in a global environment with international stakeholders * Undertake domestic and international travel as required by the project ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in **automotive electronic systems development** * Experience as a **technical leader, systems engineer, or project manager** * Knowledge of **embedded hardware + software integration** * Experience working with suppliers (technical sourcing / technical interface) * Familiarity with automotive processes: **APQP and PPAP** * Experience in **failure analysis / root cause analysis** * Advanced English (for global interface) * Availability for on-site/hybrid work and travel ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Vehicle Connectivity (Telematics, ECU, antennas, modules)** * Knowledge of **IoT applied to the automotive industry** * Experience with vehicle electrical/electronic architecture * Experience in embedded systems validation * Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, automotive Ethernet, etc.) ### **Expected Profile** * Strong ability in **technical coordination and influence** * Systems thinking (understanding component impact on the vehicle as a whole) * Effective communication for global and supplier interfaces * Analytical capability and ability to solve complex problems **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
