Job Summary: Wyntech is seeking qualified and specialized IT professionals to support TIC activities, focusing on excellence within a dynamic and innovative work environment. Key Highlights: 1. All share a common strategic vision focused on excellence in service delivery and solution implementation. * Perform activities specified in Annex VII – Specialized TIC Support Services compatible with the professional profile; * Work under the supervision of a B1-profile manager; * Execute tasks of the same nature and complexity level compatible with the position. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Minimum two years of proven experience in the TIC field, evidenced by CTPS or signed employment contracts * Attention to detail * Clear communication (oral and written) * Compliance with standards * Willingness to learn * Discipline * Documentation * Organization * Proactivity **Requirements and Qualifications** * At least one of the following qualifications in the TIC field: * Completed or ongoing secondary-level technical course * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * Completed postgraduate program (Lato Sensu or Stricto Sensu) * HDI Support Center Analyst certification * Technical writing course with minimum 80 classroom hours * ITIL Fundamentals course with minimum 10 classroom hours * LGPD training with emphasis on the public sector, minimum 15 classroom hours * Familiarity with digital certificates * MS Office * Incident, problem, request, and change management processes (ITIL) **Additional Information** We value our employees and therefore offer a comprehensive benefits package supporting well-being, security, and quality of life, including: Salary: R$ 5.075,52 Transportation Benefit – Daily commuting assistance between residence and workplace.
