IT Intern (MDI)

Description

We are seeking a student in the field of Information Technology to provide technical support, infrastructure assistance, and support for Microsoft365 services, contributing to maintenance, configuration, and user support activities. **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure software and computers; * Provide technical support and guidance to users; * Track support tickets with hardware and software vendors; * Assist in managing the Microsoft365 environment (licenses, e\-mails, SPAM filtering, Office, SharePoint Online, and Teams); * Support software and IT equipment procurement quotations; * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, notebooks, servers, routers, and IT infrastructure; * Provide support for audio, video, television, data\-show, and connectivity equipment; * Assist in configuring printers, networks, and devices. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, IT Management, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of computer installation and configuration; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft365; * Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of Windows, e\-mail configuration, and printer setup; * Basic understanding of hardware and software. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams; * Experience managing Microsoft365 users and licenses; * Familiarity with routers, switches, and servers; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
