




Job Summary: Professional responsible for financial routines, including journal entries, spreadsheet control, accounts payable/receivable, accounting support, and customer service. Direct interaction with supervisors and clients **Responsibilities:** * Sending and tracking emails related to financial routines; * Entering and updating data in internal systems; * Preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets; * Verifying and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Canceling contracts, adding or removing payment slips; * Unlocking customers according to internal procedures; * Customer and partner support via email and WhatsApp; * Assisting in the analysis of the chart of accounts, considering revenue and expense characteristics, to ensure proper classification of amounts; * Supporting accounting in obligations under the Real Profit taxation regime, assisting in providing, verifying, and validating information; * Assisting in preparing balance sheets, trial balances, and income statements (DRE); * Interacting with financial supervisors to support team workload management and departmental routines. **Job Details:** * Work Mode: On-site * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Salary: R$2.500,00 + Benefits
