We are looking for a professional to perform technical and fieldwork in planning processes and meeting work deadlines at one of the company's bases in Raul Soares - MG, providing support to management and team coordination, with skills in management and quality control in the Infrastructure and Earthmoving area. **Responsibilities** * Technically supervise maintenance and infrastructure services; * Identify deviations, needs, and opportunities for improvement; * Assist in technical guidance with supervisors, coordinators, and engineers; * Prepare technical assessments. **Requirements** * Reside in Raul Soares or neighboring municipalities; * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Proven experience in the role (preferably); * Knowledge in construction planning and monitoring is a plus; * Proficiency in spreadsheets and report preparation; * Communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and teamwork; * Organized, proactive, and responsible; * Class B driver's license (CNH). **Benefits** * Salary negotiable; * Meal allowance.
