Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Estimator for an engineering office, offering accelerated learning in budgeting for renovation and construction projects, working closely with coordination teams. Close collaboration with coordination teams in structural development We are looking for a **Junior Estimator** to join the engineering office of a growing construction company, where the estimating department is undergoing structural development and gaining greater operational prominence. This position is ideal for candidates who already have some exposure to construction estimating and genuinely wish to master the department’s full workflow—working very closely with coordination teams, handling a high volume of concurrent renovation and construction projects, and achieving rapid daily learning. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Quantitative takeoff for projects; * Requesting and tracking supplier quotations; * Organizing technical and commercial information; * Assisting in the preparation of estimating spreadsheets; * Verifying supplier quotation responses; * Supporting deadline and delivery tracking; * Operational interface with internal teams; * Supporting estimates for renovation and construction projects; * Assisting the Senior Estimator with daily departmental tasks. ### **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience in construction estimating, even at entry level; * Basic/intermediate ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Knowledge of quantitative takeoff; * Familiarity with estimating spreadsheets; * Experience contacting suppliers and requesting quotations; * Proficiency in Excel; * Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience on construction sites or within engineering firms will be considered a strong advantage. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in estimating for renovation projects; * Experience working in engineering firms or construction companies; * Familiarity with estimating software; * Aptitude for quantitative analysis; * Experience in dynamic construction-site environments managing multiple simultaneous projects. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Organization; * Attention to detail; * Operational agility; * Responsibility for meeting deadlines; * Ability to learn quickly; * Execution-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork orientation; * Capacity to handle intensive workloads and multiple concurrent demands; * Collaborative attitude and openness to continuous development. ### **Benefits** * 13th-month salary (PJ) * Transportation allowance * Others * Others Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
