Ethical, structured, and data-driven collections operations We seek a Collections Supervisor to lead the consolidation and professionalization of the collections function within a rapidly growing group undergoing organizational restructuring, with focus on process integration, automation, and strengthening of financial governance. The challenge involves structuring and institutionalizing collections management by incorporating methodology, automation, and data intelligence into processes, contributing to building an integrated financial governance model featuring consolidated reporting, dashboards, and analytical visibility into the receivables portfolio. This is a strategic position requiring maturity in team management, analytical vision, and the ability to balance results and relationships, leading an ethical, structured, and data-driven collections operation. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, customer relationship, collections, accounts receivable, or customer service roles, preferably in high-volume operations. Proven experience in coordinating or supervising operational teams, including monitoring productivity, targets, and service quality. Experience in structured collections operations (e.g., education, services, utilities, financial retail, telecommunications, etc.). Proficiency in ERP systems (TOTVS Protheus, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel. Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. Knowledge of Power BI, Metabase, AI, and RPA. Familiarity with compliance, LGPD, and best practices in ethical collections. Desirable Experience in medium-to-large enterprises with consolidating financial structures. Experience centralizing collections operations within CSCs or corporate groups with multiple CNPJs. Track record of implementing collections policies, escalation frameworks, and collections automation (bots, integrations, RPA). Knowledge of CRM platforms, payment gateways, and multi-channel outreach tools. Experience in scoring modeling, portfolio segmentation, and machine learning applied to collections.
