An agile, collaborative environment that encourages technical and personal growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** **** Plan, structure, and execute projects strictly following the **PMBOK**. Develop **WBS**, detailed schedule (CPM), and scope/cost/schedule baselines. Define and implement a complete **Project Management Plan** (covering all knowledge areas). Monitor execution using **EVM (Earned Value Management)**, reporting CPI, SPI, and variances to the internal PMO. Conduct executive meetings with clear, objective, fact-based reports. Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with continuous updates. Rigorously execute the **Change Control process**, assessing change impacts. Oversee technical decisions, ensuring adherence to the defined architecture. Serve as the bridge between technical teams, architecture, and executive leadership. Ensure project quality, traceability, and comprehensive documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we need from you** **10+ years** of experience managing technology projects. Proficiency in **PMI / PMBOK**, applied in traditional (non-hybrid) contexts. Proven experience with **Java 17+**, microservices, messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), REST APIs, and corporate integrations. Practical knowledge of distributed architecture, DDD, CQRS, and cloud environments. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and corporate security. Experience with financial platforms, payments, onboarding, or legacy systems is a significant advantage. **PMP certification** is highly desirable.
