Description

Job Summary: Coordinate IT service projects and operations, plan technology utilization, establish policies, and ensure information security and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate IT service projects and operations. 2. Ensure the security and operation of the data network and servers. 3. Provide support to system users and manage access rights. * Coordinate IT service projects and operations, identifying opportunities for applying this technology within the institution. * Plan, coordinate, and evaluate IT utilization according to institutional needs, establishing priorities. * Establish IT policies and guidelines, as well as those for other institutional departments, enabling system operationalization. * Ensure the security and operation of the institution's data network and servers. * Ensure hardware and software functionality in administrative departments. * Maintain equipment and materials by guiding and controlling their use, and taking necessary actions for maintenance when required. * Provide real-time support to system users to preserve administrative and educational operations. * Manage user access to systems in accordance with the Institutional Security Policy. * Be responsible for information security, based on standards and policies protecting institutional assets and systems.
