Software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance **Junior IT Support Analyst (PJ) – Itapevi** We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to handle technical support tickets and provide technical assistance to users, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's information technology resources. **Location:** Itapevi – SP **Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM – On-site** **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical support ticket handling (on-site and remote); * User support for systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure; * Software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance; * Microsoft environment support (Windows, Office suite, Outlook, etc.); * Ticket tracking and management via ticketing system; * Identification and resolution of technical issues; * Assistance in access management, permissions, and user administration; * Documentation of support procedures and routines. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in technical support / Help Desk; * Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365; Active Directory is a plus); * Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and IT infrastructure; * Strong communication skills and user-facing service aptitude; * Organized, proactive profile with a problem-solving focus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow); * Knowledge of remote support and remote access tools; * IT-related certifications.
