Job Summary:
Operates mixing, grinding, and extrusion equipment; handles resins; loads silos; verifies production orders; weighs and homogenizes batches; bags finished products; performs general setup and visual inspections.

* Operate mixing equipment, thermoplastic resin grinding equipment, and twin-screw extruders;
* Handle plasticization and thermoplastic resin grinding equipment;
* Load gravimetric dosing silos;
* Request and verify Production Orders, paying attention to their specifications to prevent mix-ups or variations that could affect product quality or equipment operation;
* Weigh batches using available scales to ensure correct formulation of the finished product;
* Homogenize batches using mixers to ensure uniform feeding of plasticization equipment;
* Bag and label finished products using manual or automatic bagging and labeling systems, ensuring product traceability;
* Perform general setup, including equipment cleaning and tooling changeover, to ensure high-quality production;
* Assist in cleaning dust collectors in the production unit to ensure product quality and reduce environmental impact;
* Be responsible for equipment operation, operational quality, visual inspection of products, and equipment performance, monitoring processes to avoid rejections and rework;
* Participate in equipment effectiveness improvement initiatives using provided methodologies and programs (TPM, Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc).
