In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure by providing user assistance, installing and maintaining equipment, offering system support, managing access controls, tracking service tickets, supporting the local network, and organizing technical information for the area. If you identify with the IT field, enjoy getting hands-on experience, and wish to grow within a traditional, solid company that values people and results, we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, guiding them, clarifying doubts, and resolving incidents related to IT resources. * Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, systems, applications, access controls, local networks, and other technological resources. * Track service tickets, ensuring appropriate response, proper incident logging, and resolution within expected timeframes. * Support user access control to systems, networks, and technology resources, adhering to the company’s security policies. * Contribute to information security by identifying incidents, assisting in corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. * Assist in backup maintenance, system updates, configurations, and application of patches when required. * Support the identification of improvements, emerging technologies, and solutions that can optimize IT resources and services. * Maintain organized technical documentation, records, controls, files, and information for the IT area. * Comply with corporate norms, procedures, and policies, performing other tasks as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Progress * SQL * Microsoft * Windows * General applications (Microsoft, Exchange, ISA, SMS, among others) * Operating systems: Windows, Linux, etc. * Network administration * Certifications (Microsoft, Linux, database, networking, ITIL) **Additional Information** * Location: 100% on-site in the Ipiranga neighborhood, São Paulo. * Meals provided on-site. * Transportation allowance. * Totalpass. * Private pension plan. * Life insurance. * Childcare allowance. * Meal voucher.
