Work in the Quality Department, planning and overseeing the development, implementation, and control of management, assurance, and quality control programs and systems for the company, as well as programs and systems applied to construction processes and units delivered to customers; implementing the requirements of the Quality Management System; defining and monitoring corrective actions to resolve non-conformities detected in projects and constructions; guiding internal quality system audit activities and audits of suppliers and service providers; coordinating the activities of the technical team under one’s responsibility, planning and allocating tasks and resources to ensure attainment of Quality Management System objectives, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. Job Description Plan and oversee the development, implementation, and control of management, assurance, and quality control programs and systems for the company, as well as programs and systems applied to construction processes and units delivered to customers, following standardizations, internal procedures, project specifications, and construction methodologies to enhance reliability, productivity, optimization of systems and processes, and reduction of operational costs. Oversee implementation of the Quality Management System requirements based on NBR ISO 9001\. Define and monitor corrective actions to resolve non-conformities detected in projects and constructions. Guide internal quality system audit activities and audits of suppliers and service providers. Coordinate the activities of the technical team under one’s responsibility, planning and allocating tasks and resources to ensure attainment of Quality Management System objectives. Supervise preparation of quality documentation comprising the project Data Book. Participate in the development of direct and indirect material suppliers, providing necessary support to the procurement department and other stakeholders. Guide team members in preparing inspection and test plans required to meet specified requirements. Analyze product and process tolerances, specifying maximum and minimum allowable values. Plan the collection and statistical analysis of data and information from inspections/tests conducted, verifying behaviors and trends to ensure achievement of predefined objectives. Plan and supervise testing, inspection, and control activities for services, materials, and equipment. Plan and deliver training and technical assistance to support site engineers and technicians. Perform tasks pertinent to the area of expertise, utilizing available equipment and tools. Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
