Cost optimization (FinOps) in multi-cloud environments Our client is an R&D unit belonging to a major multinational group, seeking an Infrastructure and Cloud Coordinator to work in Brazil with global interface. **THE CHALLENGE:** Your mission will be to lead the operational foundation of the unit. You will coordinate the cloud strategy supporting intensive AI processing, ensuring infrastructure is resilient, globally scalable, and financially optimized (FinOps) to support the group's agentic systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team and Project Management**: Lead the Cloud/SRE team in implementing infrastructure and automation projects. * **FinOps Strategy**: Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization. * **Observability**: Apply observability concepts and tools to detect anomalies, errors, performance issues, and security concerns. * **Support and SLAs**: Ensure high service availability and compliance with global service-level agreements. * **Cloud Governance**: Define and implement access policies, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery. * **Global Interface**: Collaborate with infrastructure teams in Australia and the US to align standards and security. Requirements: * Solid experience in **technical leadership of infrastructure or Cloud teams.** * Practical experience of 2\+ years with **AWS, GCP, and Azure** (Azure especially its integration with MS365\). * **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform preferred, or CloudFormation). * Experience with **cloud cost management** and **scalable architectures**. * **Fluent English**: Essential for international technical reporting and collaboration. **Desired Profile (Soft Skills):** * **Servant Leadership**: Focus on removing impediments and developing the technical team. * **Efficiency Mindset**: Orientation toward resource optimization and waste reduction. * **Pragmatism**: Ability to balance technical excellence with business delivery needs. **WORK MODEL:** Hybrid, in the South Zone of São Paulo. **EMPLOYMENT MODEL:** CLT.
