




Job Summary: Flora Agronegócio is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to manage payroll routines, labor charges, and optimize related processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Senior Human Resources Analyst** to join our team in São Paulo. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process and verify payroll, vacation payments, 13th salary, terminations, and advances * Perform calculations and verification of labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, etc.) * Ensure consistency and submission of information to eSocial, SEFIP/FGTS, DCTFWeb, and other ancillary obligations * Monitor absences, medical certificates, and benefits * Validate electronic timekeeping data for integration with payroll * Support internal and external audits with reports and documentation * Propose improvements to payroll and personnel administration processes * Advise managers and employees on payroll-related queries and labor legislation * Monitor changes in legislation and ensure their correct implementation * Support and guide analysts and assistants within the department **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Solid experience in payroll and labor charge routines * Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation * Experience with eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, and EFD\-Reinf * Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping systems * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills **Behavioral Requirements:** * Organization and attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Ethics and confidentiality * Proactivity * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary (CLT employment regime) * CAJU Multi-Benefits Card (flexible for meals, transportation, and wellness) * Alice Health Plan (no co-payment for holders, full access to medical and hospital services) * Wellhub (wellness platform offering various physical activity and health options) * Life insurance * On-site parking **Notes:** * On-site work (with possibility of 1 remote workday per week after probation period) * Immediate start * Willingness to travel Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: B, A Willingness to Travel
