We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and duties** Identify and address unsafe conditions affecting employee safety; Monitor audits, inspections, and oversight by public agencies; Ensure compliance with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) processes; Inspect administrative, operational, construction, and maintenance areas; Analyze risk behavior and perception among internal and third-party employees; Train employees on OSH, use of PPE/collective protective equipment (CPE), and Integrated Management Systems; Ensure compliance with laws and procedures related to safety; Participate in workplace accident investigations; Prepare and manage the CAT (Work Accident Communication); Record and monitor maintenance of fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers and hydrants); Guide and ensure implementation of the SIPAT program and its schedule; Complete mandatory declarations and conduct specific training. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety and registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Driver's license, Category B. **You stand out if you have:** Civil Firefighter certification; Knowledge of SOC and SGI systems (Integrated Management System). **Additional information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily through comprehensive, socially impactful mobility solutions.
