We at **HGL Info Service**, a company specialized in information and communication technology consulting, offer Technical Support, Voice Solutions (Fixed, IP, Mobile, and UC), Broadband and Data Services for Enterprises and ISPs, IT Outsourcing, Telemetry, Energy, Satellite TV and Internet. We are seeking a sales-consultative professional with B2B market expertise responsible for prospecting and acquiring new accounts, as well as managing and developing an active customer portfolio. **Key Responsibilities:** * Proactively (outbound) and reactively (inbound) identify and prospect new leads; * Diagnose pain points and needs of potential customers; * Conduct pre-sales meetings using consultative listening and presenting customized solutions; * Nurture leads and maintain relationships until conversion; * Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts, overseeing the entire process to closure; * Monitor the sales funnel, keep the CRM updated, ensure goal attainment, and guarantee customer satisfaction; * Present customized solutions to corporate clients; * Conduct meetings and negotiations via phone, email, and videoconference; * Manage customer portfolio and sales pipeline via CRM; * Provide administrative support; * Retain, foster loyalty, and monetize the customer portfolio; * Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. **Requirements:** * Experience in B2B enterprise sales, especially in proactive prospecting; * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset; * Knowledge of IT, Telecom, Energy, and Telemedicine products and services; * Negotiation and organizational skills; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Sense of urgency, prioritization ability, and capacity to manage and resolve conflicts; * Commitment to results and deadlines, with a customer-centric focus (service level); * Analytical and execution-oriented: ability to analyze information from multiple sources and derive diagnoses and opportunities; * Strategic vision and ability to understand the needs of diverse types of enterprises; * Understanding of corporate business processes to enhance communication with target audiences; * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork capability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Established network of contacts within the corporate market. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Active listening and clear communication; * Analytical and results-driven profile; * Autonomy and organizational skills; * Commercial resilience and persistence; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse customer profiles. **We Offer:** * Professional growth opportunity within an innovative and continuously expanding company; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Initial portfolio of 100 active clients or minimum monthly revenue of R$10,000.
