Senior Production Planner

Job Summary: Responsible for planning production processes, managing materials, equipment, and labor, as well as monitoring production flow to meet demand. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of production processes and continuous improvement **Brief Description:** Responsible for planning production processes according to production demands, via Production Orders, aligned with manufacturing requirements and inventory demand, controlling material, equipment, and labor availability, as well as monitoring production flow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define optimal production sequencing based on factory capacity and order backlog. * Analyze load versus productive capacity. * Develop and update schedules (MS Project and/or Excel). * Schedule and monitor Production Orders. * Work with APS integrated into SAP B1 ERP. * Conduct follow-up with Procurement to ensure production supply. * Monitor production performance indicators. * Update shipment forecasts and physical progress of projects. * Generate management reports to support decision-making. * Serve as the interface between PCP, Production, and Procurement. * Analyze production reporting, deviations, and enforce action plans. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed (Mechanical or Production Engineering). * Experience in advanced production scheduling. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel. * Solid experience in industrial PCP (metallurgy, mining, steelmaking, petrochemicals, project-based industries). * Experience in planning custom-engineered projects. * Experience in managing industrial performance indicators. * Strong analytical capability and systemic vision. **What We Expect from This Professional:** * Strong analytical capability to balance load and productive capacity, anticipating risks and deviations. * Expertise in industrial planning and structured schedule tracking. * Systemic vision to integrate PCP, Production, and Procurement. * Proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability for deadlines and KPIs. * Assertive communication for alignment and data-driven technical follow-up. * Ability to prioritize under pressure while maintaining organization and focus on results. * Commitment to continuous improvement and optimization of production processes.
