We are looking for a **Data Solutions Engineer** to join our team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, and delivery) * Model data for analytics and decision support * Integrate APIs and external systems (e.g., banks, CRMs, SaaS platforms) * Build data-driven solutions * Apply AI/LLMs where appropriate (e.g., RAG, agents, automations) * Participate in defining data architecture and solutions * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand problems and propose solutions * Develop PoCs and evolve solutions to production * Ensure quality, performance, and scalability of solutions **What we expect from you:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Solid experience with Python * Experience with data manipulation and modeling * Knowledge of SQL * Experience integrating REST APIs * Practical experience building data solutions **Nice to have:** * Experience with data architecture (Data Lake, DW, pipelines) * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Experience with LLMs and applied AI (OpenAI, RAG, etc.) * Knowledge of software engineering (best practices, testing, version control) * Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Celery, etc.) * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) * Knowledge of machine learning **What you gain by becoming one of our Rarities?** Meal allowance via Caju card: BRL 50.15 per business day; Health insurance: Unimed (with co-payment) or Bradesco (no co-payment); Dental insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); SESC partnership; Birthday day off; Profit-sharing program per union agreement; 15-day paid paternity leave; Access to Alura courses; FIAP course discounts.
