This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and cost efficiency while supporting a safe, sustainable, and connected work environment. **Responsibilities** * **Portfolio Management:** Oversee lease administration, property maintenance, and vendor relationships for corporate offices and data center sites. * **Strategic Planning:** Support inventory planning, capital expenditure forecasting, and site acquisition for new development opportunities * **Operational Excellence:** Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and Equinix policies. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Global Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Facilities, and Operations teams to deliver high\-quality workplace experiences. * **Budget Oversight:** Manage operating and capital budgets for assigned properties. * **Leadership:** Drive a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team. **Qualifications** * Minimum of 8 years \-10 of related experience or equivalent work experience Real Estate * Electrical engineer, mechatronic engineer or equivalent or civil engineer. * Strong knowledge of lease negotiations, property operations, and vendor management. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Fluency in English required.
