




Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support, performing maintenance, assisting with server and network administration, monitoring systems, and managing IT inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support (hardware, software, and network) 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment 3. Assistance in server administration and information security Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and network); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals; * Assist in server administration, local area networks (LAN), and internet connectivity; * Monitor equipment and system operations, identify failures, and propose solutions; * Support backup management and information security; * Control IT equipment inventory and assist in procurement processes; * Respond to technical tickets and follow up until resolution. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, structured cabling); * Experience in hardware and software support (Windows, Office suite, antivirus, etc.); * Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers is considered a plus; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
