Learn more about PLC Advogados and **build your future with us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** The attorney will actively practice in the **Labor Law** area, responsible for managing and monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings from inception through execution. Key responsibilities include: * Drafting and reviewing various procedural documents, including initial petitions, statements of defense, motions, appeals, and other procedural acts; * Representing clients at labor hearings, including preliminary, conciliation, evidentiary, and judgment hearings; * Developing, analyzing, and advocating legal arguments with strategic vision aligned to client interests; * Drafting legal opinions and responding to internal and external inquiries; * Monitoring proceedings via court systems and managing procedural deadlines; * Interfacing with clients and internal departments, providing technical guidance and procedural updates; * Entering and managing information in legal management systems. As this is a **senior-level** position, the candidate is expected to possess consolidated experience in labor law, supported by proven practical expertise—particularly in labor litigation; conducting labor hearings; drafting complex procedural documents and appeals; and developing legal arguments and issuing legal opinions. Familiarity with and experience using legal management systems such as **eLaw, Projuris, and Advwin** will be considered a **plus**. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in the Windows environment and core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF. **Essential Requirements:** Active OAB registration; prior experience in labor law commensurate with a senior-level position; experience in labor litigation, including handling judicial proceedings at all stages; experience conducting labor hearings (preliminary, conciliation, and evidentiary); proficiency in drafting various procedural documents, including initial petitions, statements of defense, motions, and appeals; ability to conduct legal analysis, develop legal arguments, and provide technical reasoning; experience drafting legal opinions; organizational skills and procedural deadline management; strong oral and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of and/or experience with legal management systems such as eLaw, Projuris, and Advwin; postgraduate studies or specialized courses in labor law. **Additional Information** **Employment Model:** Service Partner **Compensation Package:** Fixed monthly draw, quarterly draw (subject to performance and criteria under the variable compensation program), payment of the current year’s OAB annual fee (if program eligibility requirements are met), and *referral* bonuses for business development. **Office Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid, subject to future adjustment based on operational needs.
