Job Summary: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, employee and former employee support, providing clarifications and handling formal requests from various HR areas. What You Will Do • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational and harvest positions; • Enter registration data into the computerized system for new employee onboarding, completing and issuing documents, collecting signatures, resolving doubts, providing necessary clarifications, preparing personnel files, and archiving them; • Execute employee offboarding procedures, including control of material returns, bank account closure, deductions arising from agreements, exit medical examinations, updating/cancelling the CTPS (Employment Record Book), requesting payroll calculations from HR Services, scheduling/homologating with representative entities when required, and archiving personnel files; • Issue vacation documentation, collect employee signatures, and archive documentation in personnel files; • Generate time sheet reports, forward them for employee signature, monitor return deadlines, and archive them; • Issue harvest production certificates; • Input data required for payroll calculation; • Prepare various reports and documents to comply with legislation and/or upon request by interested parties; • Support, guide, and resolve inquiries from managers and employees regarding company policies, procedures, labor and social security legislation, health, and finance; • Maintain organization and control of active and inactive files; • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to the company’s benefits portfolio; • Receive, analyze, and complete information under HR responsibility during preparation of the PPP (Professional Occupational Profile), subsequently forwarding it to SSMA for risk factor assessment; • Maintain employee and benefits registration (e.g., additions, deletions, transfers, plan changes, address updates, marital status, etc.); • Prepare documentation for personnel movements; • Respond to document requests for labor claims and forward them to the Legal Department; • Act as company representative (preposto) in labor hearings; • Prepare and record attendance lists for training sessions.
