This is a forward-looking leadership position focused on driving technological innovation, code quality, and operational efficiency through software solutions that support the organization’s accelerated growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Project and Delivery Management** * Coordinate the development roadmap and demand prioritization with business areas and stakeholders * Lead development projects and support team execution by preparing release plans and monitoring metrics * Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure on-time, in-scope, and high-quality deliveries * Manage backlog, sprints, and track productivity and quality indicators * Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment with project objectives and business priorities **Technical Governance and Architecture** * Define and ensure compliance with architecture, development, and code documentation standards * Establish policies for code review, automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment * Ensure information security and regulatory compliance in developed solutions * Manage development, staging, and production environments * Design and implement scalable, high-performance technical solutions **Integrations and Systems** * Oversee development and maintenance of integrations among corporate systems (ERP, MES, WMS, BI) * Ensure stability and performance of APIs, data pipelines, and automations * Address critical incidents and highly complex issues * Evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks aligned with business needs **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Software Development, Systems Architecture, or Project Management is a plus **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in software development * Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership or development team coordination role * Experience in digital transformation projects and implementation of corporate systems * Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale operational environments is a plus * Track record of managing projects from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support **Additional Information** **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, SQL * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and query optimization * Solid knowledge of systems architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and integrations * Code versioning (Git) and CI/CD practices * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management * Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) * Knowledge of Sankhya ERP or similar systems is a plus * Knowledge of ETL/orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, dbt) is a plus Natto is part of the Brazilian family!
