Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise internal and external material handling activities, including transportation of biomass, organic waste, digestate, and biofertilizers. * Coordinate teams of drivers, machine operators, and operational assistants, ensuring compliance with routines, shift schedules, and performance targets. * Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, optimizing routes, loading/unloading times, and refueling. * Ensure integration between production and logistics flows, guaranteeing that biomass supply and waste removal occur synchronously with production pace. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, fuel consumption, fleet availability, rework rate, and logistics costs. * Support the maintenance area in planning preventive and corrective shutdowns for vehicles and material handling equipment. * Ensure compliance with internal safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting a zero-accident culture and environmental compliance. * Conduct operational meetings and monitor team performance, fostering continuous training and development. * Supervise adherence to weighing procedures, cargo control, and transport documentation, ensuring traceability and legal compliance. * Collaborate with procurement, PCM, environmental, and process engineering areas to optimize resources and drive continuous improvement. * Proactively identify and implement operational and logistical improvements, focusing on productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Logistics, Industrial Processes, Production, Agroindustry, or related fields. * Significant experience managing operational teams and fleets, preferably in bioenergy industries, agroindustries, fertilizers, waste treatment, or equivalent sectors. * Process data analysis and evidence-based technical decision-making. * Planning and organization of routines and operational plans focused on efficiency and predictability. * Quick and assertive decision-making in critical situations. * Clear and objective communication for instructions, reports, and feedback. * Focus on environmental sustainability and employee safety. * Resilience and adaptability when facing unforeseen events, seasonality, and variations in the production process. * Management of Performance Indicators (KPIs) under your responsibility, such as: * Operational and logistical efficiency; * Fuel consumption and logistics cost; * Schedule adherence and achievement of production targets; * Team engagement and absenteeism. **Desirable:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
