Job Summary: Project Analyst at a national construction company, responsible for quantity takeoffs, comparing and suggesting modifications to projects and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preparing budgets and addenda A well-established construction company with nationwide operations in commercial construction is seeking a **PROJECT ANALYST** to work in **Ponta Grossa/PR** **Responsibilities:** * Perform quantity takeoffs; * Compare project quantities with budget spreadsheets and/or sales memoranda; * Issue quantity takeoff sheets; * Prepare comparisons between project specifications and sales memoranda; * Suggest possible changes to project specifications and/or sales memoranda; * Support the preparation of budgets for potential addenda. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience with medium- and large-scale corporate/hospital construction projects; * Knowledge of BIM and clash detection tools. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
