




Job Summary: We are looking for a Toolroom Assistant to support tool assembly and machining machine operation, contributing to the team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical enhancement and professional development Toolroom Assistant Position Description: We are seeking a Toolroom Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for supporting the tool assembly process and the operation of machining machines. Responsibilities: * Provide support to toolroom professionals in tasks performed at workbenches / wire EDM / conventional machines / CNC milling machines; * Promote disposal of obsolete materials, chips, etc.; * Log working hours in the time-tracking system; * Cut extractor pins; perform drilling and tapping operations on cavities, plates, and refrigeration manifolds; * Verify, log, identify, archive electrodes and process sheets; * Operate a milling machine to perform simple squaring and/or rapid drilling tasks under supervision; * Participate in the toolroom’s “job rotation” program for general learning; * Safeguard company assets by monitoring the condition of available resources required for task execution and reviewing surveillance images; * Understand the company’s vision, mission, and values, as well as internal procedures and established policies; * Attend internal and external training sessions, complying with instructions or requests from the immediate supervisor, pursuing knowledge and/or specialization in topics related to the company’s business, area of activity, or position held, as well as technical improvement and updating, aiming at professional and personal development; provide personal assistance, administer first aid, refer cases for external medical care, drive company vehicles during emergencies, and resolve minor issues; * Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, disciplinary, and other applicable regulations, following established rules and instructions from the immediate supervisor, clarifying any doubts to ensure adherence to current regulations and serving as a role model for other team members; * Take responsibility for and commit to maintaining a positive work environment, enabling all employees to participate and contribute toward optimizing proposed results; * Provide service and carry out other professional activities related to and inherent to the position, as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Prior experience in the toolroom field * Toolroom training course * Machining Mechanics training course * Ability to work effectively in a team * Completed high school education * Technical or higher education preferred * Knowledge of mechanical engineering drawing interpretation preferred
