If you possess a strong work ethic, commitment, and eagerness to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in various stages of the tire retreading process (e.g., buffing, repair, skiving, filling, finishing, etc.); * Handle production-specific tools and equipment; * Perform visual inspection of tires before and after the retreading process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Carry out other tasks related to the tire retreading process; * Follow safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * No prior experience required – we provide training; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Good physical stamina and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing or production environments; * Background in the automotive or rubber industry. **Available Work Schedules:** · Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break). · Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:07 AM (1 hour 12 minutes break) \- NIGHT SHIFT. **Benefits**: Meal allowance, Attendance bonus, Overtime pay, Uniform, Total Pass.
