Developing leadership among employees **About the Position** We are seeking professionals to supervise production on construction sites, leading Autonomous Groups (AGs) to achieve targets for quality, productivity, and cost. This role involves overseeing field activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, operational safety, and reinforcing company culture. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and project specifications; * Inspect services by construction phase; * Ensure technological control of units; * Monitor and ensure adherence to home construction schedules; * Monitor and control material consumption; * Conduct 5S and Safety patrols; * Train and guide Autonomous Group (AG) employees; * Develop masons’ leadership skills; * Handle FCA resolution; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to direct reports; * Ensure layout compliance for macro-phases; * Maintain company-provided tools and equipment; * Support complementary activities such as technical assistance, project revitalization, and infrastructure services; * Promote and reinforce company culture. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Preferred Qualification** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Birthday leave; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from the PIPA Institute.
