If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and prioritize continuous improvement, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system; * Support job posting dissemination and perform initial resume screening; * Schedule interviews and provide logistical support during recruitment processes; * Assist in organizing training sessions, events, and development initiatives; * Support implementation of climate surveys and performance evaluations; * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions, including interviews, selection, tests, document collection, admission documentation review, and ongoing candidate support; * Support internal HR processes, including internal mobility, offboarding, and experience evaluation; * Manage and distribute uniforms, ID badges, and other materials; * Support new employee onboarding activities; * Conduct empathetic listening sessions with employees; * Support monitoring of programs developed by the department and internal project initiatives; * Perform other duties related to the position as determined by supervisors; * Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Understand and comply with normative procedures relevant to your role and department; . Organize individual or shared workspaces. * Perform preliminary resume analysis; * Propose topics and themes for training and personal development; .
