They work across multiple departments—including finance, HR, procurement, customer service—and other areas as required by the department. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform administrative routines, such as document control, scheduling, filing, and information organization; Provide support to internal departments in completing spreadsheets, reports, and system entries; Provide telephone, email, and in-person service to internal and external customers; Assist in procurement processes, material control, and service request handling; Support accounts payable and receivable management, invoice issuance, and system entries; Monitor and organize team or departmental schedules, meetings, and appointments; Meet deadlines and follow company-established procedures. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred); Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite; Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
