Job Summary: We are seeking a Development and Innovation Engineer passionate about designing and developing machinery, leading projects, and building technology from scratch. Key Highlights: 1. Solve complex problems and build technology from scratch Engineer, Development \& Innovation (Design) We are looking for only one engineer with a "maintenance" or "factory" background. We seek someone who enjoys designing and developing machinery, leading projects, solving complex problems, and helping build technology from scratch. Desired Profile: \* Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field; \* Experience in developing industrial machines/equipment; \* Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar); \* Creative mindset, hands-on approach, innovative vision, and ambition to build something significant.
