Quality control and expiration date monitoring of goods **Inventory Clerk – Bakery** Responsible for the efficient and organized management of raw materials and product inventory, ensuring continuous production supply and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Performs receipt, verification, and quality and expiration date inspection of goods. Organizes inventory (dry, refrigerated, and frozen). Monitors cold room temperatures, sorts and distributes supplies to production departments, conducts periodic counts (inventory), and maintains all storage areas clean and organized. Alerts management regarding new purchase requirements. **Location**: Av. Albino J.
