Nothing compares to delighting and connecting with people, acting as an integrator and always prioritizing care—for yourself and for others. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Quality area in implementing and sustaining the Integrated Management System; * Support the structuring and maintenance of process documentation; * Support the analysis, development, and monitoring of process indicators; * Identify and address requirements of Multilog’s interested parties; * Identify opportunities for improvement; * Manage changes occurring in company processes; * Conduct or support process mapping development; * Support handling of nonconformities; * Act as a facilitator in Quality processes; * Ensure control of quality records; * Plan and conduct internal, customer, and certification audits; * Ensure implementation of the 5S program across the company; * Optimize and drive process improvements; * Deliver training to organizational employees; * Control calibration of measurement instruments; * Perform other related and inherent professional activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Postgraduate studies in progress; * Training in interpretation and internal auditing for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Training in interpretation and internal auditing for ISO 45001 and SASSMAQ standards; * Experience with Quality tools; * Experience in implementing and maintaining management systems; * Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) methodology and Lean Six Sigma certification will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** On-site **Benefits:** * PPR (semi-annual) – We jointly steer toward a successful journey! * Health and Dental Plan – it’s good to take care of yourself when needed! ;) * Transportation Allowance – we care about your commute; * Meal Voucher – delicious and brings happiness! * Life Insurance – hopefully never needed; * Tuition Reimbursement Program – we always want your growth!
