Flexible working hours. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and size the fleet according to demand, ensuring appropriate vehicle allocation and on-time delivery. * Manage shipping requests to Factory/Toller and monitor the product pickup and delivery process. * Issue and control transfer, storage, and shipment invoices, ensuring fiscal and logistics compliance. * Create Purchase Orders (PO) and Freight Orders in the Manhattan system, ensuring accurate billing for services and manufacturing. * Analyze inventory levels, allocate raw materials and packaging, and resolve operational discrepancies. * Support warehouse routines and participate in planning and process alignment meetings.
