We encourage applications from Black people, people with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and/or individuals from different generations. #JoinTelemont. **Responsibilities and duties** * Organize and coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring deliveries are made efficiently and within established deadlines; * Store products in an organized and safe manner, distributing them according to customer needs; * Maintain accurate records of available inventory, monitoring stock levels and ensuring an appropriate balance between supply and demand; * Manage reverse logistics processes, handling product returns, recycling, disposal, and refurbishment of goods; * Receive, process, and track customer orders, ensuring they are fulfilled efficiently and that customers are informed about the status of their orders; * Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring products are delivered according to agreed quality standards and deadlines; * Use warehouse management systems (WMS), fleet tracking systems, and other logistics technologies to optimize operations and improve efficiency; * Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; * Assess and manage risks associated with logistics operations, developing contingency plans and implementing preventive measures to minimize negative impacts; * Provide customer support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction regarding the logistics services provided; * Possess valid knowledge and certification to operate a forklift; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; * Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is required; * Completion of a forklift operator course is desirable; **Additional information** Benefits: * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Gym allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Discounts at partner pharmacies and stores.
