Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to organize the operations of a new warehouse, ensuring smooth logistical flow from shipment to delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Ticlog – Campinas Industrial Cargo and Logistics Terminal Schedule: To be determined Salary: To be determined About the Position We are in an expansion phase and launching operations for a new logistics warehouse. We seek a committed professional with leadership qualities to serve as Logistics Operations Supervisor, responsible for overseeing operational activities and supporting the launch of the new facility. The professional will play a key role in organizing operations, ensuring proper logistical flow from shipment through to customer delivery. Main Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate the unit’s logistics operations Support the structuring and organization of the new warehouse Oversee cargo loading and vehicle release Monitor transportation and direct-to-customer delivery processes Ensure compliance with company operational procedures Support opening and closing activities of operations Address operational issues and improve processes Monitor logistics and cargo transportation projects Requirements Experience in logistics operations or cargo transportation Leadership, organizational, and responsible profile Commitment to results and processes Flexibility in working hours when required Ability to handle operational demands and resolve problems Preferred Qualifications Experience in transportation and distribution operations Experience in launching or structuring logistics operations Compensation: R$2\.179,67 \- R$5\.121,26 per month Work Location: On-site
