Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring logistics operations in real time, ensuring operational efficiency, cargo safety, and communication among teams. Key Highlights: 1. Agile communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams Monitor logistics operations, tracking vehicle movement, route adherence, and delivery deadlines in real time to ensure operational efficiency, cargo safety, and agile communication among drivers, customers, and internal teams. Main Responsibilities * Monitor vehicles and cargo using tracking systems (GPS/TMS). * Track route adherence, schedules, and trip planning. * Identify and proactively address route deviations, delays, unscheduled stops, and other operational incidents. * Maintain continuous contact with drivers for guidance, support, and trip status updates. * Record incidents and update systems with current operational information. * Notify responsible departments in cases of emergencies, accidents, mechanical failures, or other operational issues. * Generate operation monitoring reports and performance indicators. * Ensure communication among Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, and Customer Service departments. * Support trip scheduling and route planning. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and company policies. Requirements * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred). * Knowledge of vehicle monitoring and tracking. * Familiarity with TMS, ERP, and monitoring platforms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure. Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
