Job Summary: Support operational and administrative activities within the logistics department, ensuring organization of order flow, inventory control, and delivery tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Support in order and inventory control and monitoring. 2. Participation in product receiving, storage, and shipping processes. 3. Support to various departments regarding order and delivery requests. Position Objective Support operational and administrative activities within the logistics department, ensuring organization of order flow, inventory control, delivery tracking, and support for goods receiving, storage, and shipping processes. Main Responsibilities * Support **order control and monitoring**, from picking through to customer delivery. * Assist in **inventory control**, performing physical counts and system updates. * Monitor **product receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes**. * Perform **data entry and updates in ERP systems or logistics control spreadsheets**. * Monitor **carriers and delivery deadlines**, supporting resolution of logistics incidents. * Assist in **inventory organization and material flow management**. * Support preparation of **logistics reports and KPIs** (delivery lead time, shipped volume, incidents). * Provide support to **commercial, production, and finance departments** on matters related to orders and deliveries. Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields**. * Basic knowledge of **logistics processes and inventory control**. * Experience with **Excel and management systems (ERP)**. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in **inventory, shipping, or logistics**. * Knowledge of **transportation processes and delivery tracking**. * Experience in an **e\-commerce or distribution center environment**.
