All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and handle all vehicles undergoing maintenance; will manage a portfolio of clients. * Consolidate and spreadsheet all fleet-related information for clients. * Track and monitor traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extract reports from the traffic violation portal, send links to clients, update emails associated with fleet license plates). * Release replacement vehicles. * Control and request documents from drivers involved in accidents or incidents. * Contact third-party drivers to explain procedures. * Directly liaise with internal departments responsible for handling client requests. * Receive rental measurements and additional charges for analysis and forwarding to clients. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (a college degree is considered a plus) * Valid and active Category B driver’s license (CNH) * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, basic formulas, data organization and analysis) * Residence in Campinas or nearby areas, with easy access to the region * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
